Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need my own equipment?
No. We rent high-quality paddles for both pickleball and padel at check-in. Rental paddles are included with court bookings, and we also carry premium paddles, balls, and accessories in our pro shop if you're ready to buy your own.
I've never played before. Where should I start?
Start with a free intro clinic (offered every weekend) or book a private lesson with one of our certified coaches. Both pickleball and padel are easy to learn, and we'll have you playing your first game within 30 minutes. Our 'New to the Game' ladder is perfect for beginners who want ongoing practice with other newcomers.
How do I book a court?
Book online through our website or mobile app. Select your sport (pickleball or padel), date, time, and court. You can book up to 14 days in advance. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your reservation for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows forfeit the booking fee. We understand plans change; just give us a heads up when you can.
What's the difference between pickleball and padel?
Pickleball is played on a smaller court with a wiffle-style ball and solid paddles; it's easy to learn and popular across all ages in the U.S. Padel is played on a larger court surrounded by glass walls with a pressurized ball and perforated paddles; it's like tennis meets squash and is huge in Europe and Latin America. Both are doubles-friendly, highly social, and addictive. Try both and see which one clicks.
Do you offer programs for kids?
Yes. We run youth clinics, junior leagues, and summer camps for ages 8-16. Our coaches are experienced working with young players and focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and having fun. Check our programs schedule for current youth offerings.
Can I join a league mid-season?
It depends on availability and league structure. Some leagues allow late registration in the first two weeks; others require full-season commitment. Contact us and we'll help you find the right fit or get you on the list for the next season.
What should I wear?
Wear athletic clothing and court shoes with non-marking soles. No black-soled shoes (they damage our courts). Think tennis or gym attire. We're casual and comfortable; no dress code beyond functional athletic gear.
Is there parking?
Yes, free on-site parking for all guests. We have ample spaces right outside the entrance.
Can I reserve courts for a private event or tournament?
Absolutely. We host private events, corporate team-building, birthday parties, and tournaments. Our events team handles everything from court reservations to catering. Contact us for availability and custom packages.
